( I ) In age of 25 - 40 yrs having more than 2 accidents are 15 + 10 = 25 in a year
( ll ) we consider age groups of 40 - 45 & greater than 55
more than 1 and less than three means 2 accident
so
13 + 17 = 30
30 drivers having ages more than 40 and having accident more than 1 but less than 3
