Answer:

148 is the value of integer .

Step-by-step explanation:

Let the ten digit : X

So , unit digit : 2X ( as unit digit is twice ten digit)

Hundred digit : X/4 ( as hundred digit is 25% of ten digit = 25/100×X = 1/4X = X/4 )

X/4 + X + 2X = 13 ( as sum of all digits is 13 )

Take LCM = 4

X + 4X +8X

__________ = 13

4

13X/4 = 13

By transposing LHS to RHS

X = 13×4

____

13

X = 4

So , unit digit = 2X = 2×4 = 8

Ten digit = X= 4

Hundred digit = 25% × X = 1

So , answer is 148 .
