Total outcomes= 100-1-1 = 98 (since, the numbers are selected between 100 and 1, which means 100 and 1 aren't selected)

Favourable outcomes = 8,16,24,32,40,48,56,64,72,80,88 and 96

P(no. divisible by 8) = 12/98 = 6/49

P( not divisible by 8) = 1-6/49

= 43/49

vermaarpit02: how? can you correct me?
pari8180: here total outcomes is 100
vermaarpit02: the numbers are selected BETWEEN 100 and 1 so the numbers selected are 2,3,4,5,6-----99
pari8180: look here this's saying the nos. between 1-100 so here n (s)=100
vermaarpit02: you can search this question on Google if you want
pari8180: yaa
pari8180: u r correct
vermaarpit02: no problem ☺️
vermaarpit02: thanks for the follow
pari8180: it's all ok

prob ability of divisible by 8 is 12upon100 that is 0.12

probability of not divisible by 8 is

1-0.12=0.88

pari8180: that's correct
anuragyadav2122: thanks
anuragyadav2122: bro
anuragyadav2122: are you in 10
