if it is chosen BETWEEN 1 to 100 then the number of outcomes will be 98 (because 1 and 100 will not be included as number is chosen between them)......hope it will help you and mark it brainliest if you like the ans

Rushil2405: Like the outcomes are 100
Dipanshu125: if it is said that number is chosen from 1 to 100 then the outcome will be 100
Dipanshu125: but question says between 1 to 100 therefore 1 and 100 must be excluded
Rushil2405: It says between 1 and 100 not between 1 to 100
Dipanshu125: in yhis case too 1 and 100 must be excluded
Dipanshu125: hope you understood
Rushil2405: 100 percent sure?
Rushil2405: Because I believe the question is wrong.
Rushil2405: It should specify inclusive or exclusive
Dipanshu125: it is clearly mentioned that between 1 and 100
