"Sports and Games"
Introduction-Games and sports are an important factor in our education. The aim of education is physical , mental and moral development of a student.
A sound body contains a sound mind and if body is weak than mind can never be strong.
Advantages-
1.They improve our health- The value of good health is well expressed in proverb- " A sound mind in a sound body".
2. Provides good training and discipline - One who learns to obey also learns to command.
3.Develops a spirit of comradeship - Students play as a whole for team not for themselves.
Disadvantages-
1.Games and sports often turns towards regular profession or trade .
2. Lead to party feeling and rivalry.
3.Often harmful to studies - It often happens that many promising students sacrifice their careers by giving too much time to sports and games.
4.Harmful to health of weak boys.
The biggest advantage which should be inculcated in our life and is present in sports and games has the quality of team work.
If you understand this than nothing can stop you from achieving anything in your life.
Overall Games and Sports will teach you many things but it is you who will decide what will you inculcate in your life.

Science has till now surprised us now with many things and will continue to surprise in future also. This is the age if science. Science has changed every field of life as through Science impossible things have become possible.
The biggest thing achieved by Science is that to discover new things as today thousand of things our daily life are gifts of science . The evolution of science is the way of knowing about it more.
But some things are there which all think to have in their life with the help of Science.
Science has paved many ways for new things to come up like changes which can be done in DNA , and also like a person has just to imagine and will reach there where the person was thinking of.
These things look pretty good but as every thing has its advantages and disadvantages.
New tools are good for new discoveries but if they are used for destructive purposes it has become very hard for people to survive .
Gun powder , bombs, nuclear bomb are all inventions of Science which have proved fatal to loves of humans.
Indeed Science has made our life worth living but there are some who are misusing it.
We all know that Science will astound us with many new and great things in future but we should also be ready for the other use of science which is misusing done by humans.
Science Future is very near to us but it matters what we are going to make it either useful or destructive.

everyone wants success isn't it , in order to achieve success we need to do hard work without hard-work no one can achieve success it is one of the main criteria.
some people blame god for their failure which is wrong , only by doing hard-work we can achieve success , and its not possible to achieve success in just one try we need to come across many ups and downs while achieving success there is the famous saying called 'try and try till u succeed' , failures are the stepping stones for success.
to be a most successful person one needs to follow certain things which are most important to be successful person in life and success doesn't not comes to us overnight we need to work towards it on a daily basis we should keep one plan and try to work towards it and slowly we should work over bigger plans , like this we should go step by step and finally we will get succeed and we will reach our goal
