Q: How did you think about starting this e-commerce organization?
A: I got this idea in 2006 and I started it practically in 2007. I saw e-commerce as an emerging and growing market place. According to me, it was going to expand exponentially in the near future. So I thought to launch an online shopping store.
Q: Why did you choose initially to sell mobiles only on your online e-commerce marketplace?
A: I started my venture by selling mobile phones only because of its increasing demands. Actually, I was seeing myself as one of the TOP-5 online stores in the country. Mobile phone technology was changing quickly. People were curious about it. So I chose it first to provide an initial boom to my online business.
Q: So when did you decide to deal in other commodities too?
A: With the passage of time, the people of the country became familiar with my online shopping store. Almost 90% of internet users knew about it and at least 72% showed their trust. So we decided to introduce other product categories like

- movies
- music
- games
- cameras
- computers
Our objective was to achieve the same level of success in these categories. We also wanted to maintain high maintain superior customer satisfaction.
Q: Now you are one of the most successful organizations of the country. So do you see this journey of your success?
