- If the atoms loss an electron it becomes positively charged and if the electron is gained it becomes negatively charged
- The Radicals are two types based on the nature of charge cared by atoms They are:
- cations means positively charged it is also known as Basic Radicals
- Anions having negative charge they are also known as Acidic Radicals
