ACIDS
- Acids are those substance which are sour in taste and release H+ ions on dissolving water.
- They turn blue litmus red.
- Their pH is less than 7.

- Bases are those subsance which give OH- in aqeous solution.
SALTS
- When acids and bases react with each other with neutralization reaction they form salt.
NaOH + HCl ----> NaCl + H2O
