An iPhone costs £739 in London, €860 in Paris and $1,000 in New York. Using £1 = €1.16 and £1 = $1.42, state the lowest price of the iPhone in £. Give your answer to 2 dp.

cost of iphone in paris= €860 = 860×1.16 = £997.6  (£1 = €1.16)

cost of iphone in new york= $1000 = 1000×1.42 = £1420   ( £1 = $1.42)
