of course not because wood is insulator and iron is conducter iron ball falls first and wooden ball falls second since mass of iron and wood is not same

Here condition is of vacuum, we know that in vacuum no air is thier. So only gravitational force of earth acts on the bodies, which has a fixed value at any given place as per the height.
Hence, they will come down at the same rate by which earth attracts them towards it center.
