The wight of an object is given by the formula

W = mg

Here m is the mass and g is the gravitational acceleration

Now the value of m remains constant everywhere but the value of g changes

The weigh of iron ball on Earth is 10 kg

and in space its value will be low because of the reality that the value of g will be lower in the space and due to this factor the weight of the iron ball will be lower than 10 kg

e.g:

The value of g on moon is 1.6 m/s²

So weight at moon would be 10/1.6 = 6.25 kg

So this is how it changes
