We know that,

Volume of cylinder = Volume of cuboid bar

➡ πr²h = lbh

 =  \frac{22}{7}  \times  \frac{0.5}{2}  \times  \frac{0.5}{2}  \times 3.5

 = l \times 0.25 \times 0.25

 =  \frac{22 \times 0.5 \times 0.5 \times 3.5}{7 \times 2 \times 2 \times 0.25 \times 0.25}m  = 11 \: m

Therefore, the length of the cuboid bar is 11 m.
