then, volume of cylinder =

$= \pi \times 1.4 {}^{2} \times 8 \\ = 49.28 \: {cm}^{3}$

now,
$dencity = \frac{mass}{volume}$

dencity = 7.5 g/cm^3
= 7500 kg/m^3
