Well 2^2 = 4 and 2.5^2 = 6.25. The square root of any number between 4 and 6.25, say 2.25, 2.5, 3. 3.5, 4.5, 5, 5.5, and 6 will all be irrational. There can be many more if you consider all decimal numbers in that range.
