Hi...☺

Here is your answer...✌

Let the equal sides of isoceles triangle be x

GIVEN THAT,

Base of an isoceles triangle is 4/3 unit

And,

PERIMETER = 62/15 unit

 \frac{4}{3} + x + x = \frac{62}{15} \\ \\ 2x = \frac{62}{15} - \frac{4}{3} \\ \\ 2x = \frac{62 - 4 \times 5}{15} \\ \\ 2x \times 15 = 62 - 20 \\ \\ 30x = 42 \\ \\ x = \frac{42}{30} \\ \\ x = \frac{7}{5}

HENCE,

Length of both sides are 7/5 units

Applying heron's formula ,
Perimeter =( a+b+c)\2
Since, the triangle is isoceles then the two sides of triangle will be equal.
Given, base = 4/3 , perimeter= 62/15
Suppose these equal sides be x , then
Perimeter = 4/3 +x+x/2
62/15 =( 4/3 +2x)/2
62/15 =( 4+6x)/6
62*6= 15*(4+6x)
5(2+3x) = 62
10+15x = 62
15x = 52
X = 52/15
Lenth of the two sides of triangle = 52/15 , 52/15
