We know that in an isosceles triangle two of the sides are equal

So , let the equal sides be x

Now,

Perimeter = x + x + 20

=> 50 = 2x + 20

=> 30 = 2x

=> x = 15°

Step-by-step explanation:

As the Triangle is isosceles, two sides will be equal to each other.

Let unknown side = xcm

Base = 20cm

So Perimeter of Triangle = Sum of All sides

50 = x + x +20

50 = 2x + 20

50-20 = 2x

30 = 2x

30/2 = x

x = 15cm

So 1st and 2nd side = 15cm
