An isosceles triangle has perimeter 30 cm. and length of its congruent sides is 12 cm. find the area of the triangle​

Perimeter of triangle=Sum of all sides.

Let one side of triangle be=x

Let second and third side of triangle be 12

30=12+12+x

30=24+x

30-24=x

6=x

s=30/2

s=15

Area of triangle=√s(s-a) (s-b) (s-c)

=√15(15-6)(15-12) (15-12)

=√15×9×3×3

√3×5×3×3×3×3

3×3√15

9√15
