Given:-

Base = perimeter - 20 × 2 = 10 cm

Each of the equal side = 20 cm

Semi perimeter = 10 + 20+ 20/2

= 50 / 2

= 25 cm

Hence, area = √s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)

= √25 × 5 × 5 × 15

= √9375

= 96.82458 cm² (approx.)
