Deutron + Berylium ==> Boron + neutron.

Be has Z=4. A=9.
B produced has Z=5. A=10.

Deuterium isotope also results.

The high speed neutron bombards some boron and results in Helium and Lithium.

A little Tritium isotope of Hydrogen is also produced.
