This is to inform you that, I, Navin Chaudhari bought an HP Desk jet 200 printer from your computer centre having reference number 21098745673. I am very sad to inform you that after just a week of buying the printer, it is showing some problems. The print quality is very poor and the ink nozzle of the print cartridge gets frequently clogged.

The printer has been given one year warranty against any technical fault. So, kindly replace my printer with a good one of the same company. And I request you to replace it immediately as I have to submit few important documents in my office.
