by lens formula

(1/f)=(1/v)-(1/u)

(1/30)=(1/v)-(-(1/50))

1/v=(1/30)-(1/50)

=(50-30)/150

=20/150

=v=150/20

=v=7.5

Here, u=-6cm, f=+12cm , v=?

Using mirror formula

1/f = 1/v+1/u

1/v = 1/f - 1/u

1/v = 1/12 - 1/-6

1/v =1/4

V=4cm behind the mirror

So the nature of the image is virtual ,diminished
