An object 3 cm high is placed at a distance of 24 cm in front of a convex lens of focal length 16 cm . Find the position , nature and size of the image formed .

Answer:

Image is formed 12 cm behind the lens. Image is 1.5 cm high, real and inverted. Image is formed 4.8 cm in front of the lens.
