\huge\underbrace\mathfrak \red{ANSWER }

=> Here, an object 1 cm in height is placed at 20cm from a concave mirror and a real inverted image is formed at 40 cm from the mirror.

Thus, distance of Object, u = -20 cm

distance of Image, v = -40 cm

height of object = 1 cm

focal length = ?

=> For focal length, According to mirror formula:

1/f = 1/u + 1/v

1/f = 1/-20 + 1/-40

1/f = -2-1/40

1/f = -3/40

f = -(40/3)

f = -13.33 cm

=> Magnification produced by the mirror:

m = -v/u = - (-40/-20)

= - 2

Thus, focal length and magnification produced by the mirror for an object is -13.33 cm and -2 respectively.
