first draw principal axis then convex mirror at the distance of 8cm from the pole place the object
then draw rays of light coming from the object by the help of sign conventions
then you will find that the rays of light which are coming are intersecting b/w p nd f behind the mirror
so the nature of image will be virtual and erect
it will be diminished
and form b/w p and f
