As we know,
AVERAGE VELOCITY=DISPLACEMENT/TOTAL TIME
HERE, DISPLACEMENT IS 7M BECAUSE THE BODY IS TRAVELLING IN THE SAME DIRECTION AND TOTAL TIME IS 3 SEC.
SO, AVERAGE VELOCITY IS 7/3 M/S
NOW, ACCELERATION=FINAL VELOCITY-INITIAL VELOCITY/TIME
AS WE KNOW SPEED=DISTANCE/TIME
BUT HERE MOTION IS IN STRAIGHT LINE
THEREFORE VELOCITY=DISTANCE/TIME
=5/2=FINAL VELOCITY
INITIAL VELOCITY=0

SO, ACCELERATION=(5/2-0)/2
AND THIS IS EQUAL TO 5/4 M/S
