velocity=speed only on a straight line
velocity is displacement by time
whereas speed is to total distance per unit time and distance cannot be 0 but displacement can.

here is ur answer mate..we know dat after body starts moving ..distance cant be zero while displacement can be..eg.if we started moving 5m ahead in 2 seconds n turned back n walked 5m in 2 seconds..so the distance will be 10 while displacement will be 0m in so..velocity=displacement/time..0/4=0m/s..speed=distance /time=10/4=2.5m/s...this is how velocity can be 0 while speed cant be after body starts moving..mark it as the brainliest if it was helpful
