Yaah, it's possible because speed is a scaler quantity and this it depends on distance but on the other hand velocity is a vector quantity which depends on displacement.
In the above figure a person starts traveling from A and ends at A, so the displacement will be zero but he had traveled a certain distance.
So, We know that displacement can be zero but distance can never be zero so velocity can be zero but speed can never.
