An object experiences a net zero external unblance fore . Is it possible fir the object to be travelling with a non zero velocity ? if yes , state the conditions that must be place on the magnitude and direction of the velocity . if no provide reason .​

yes, it is possible.

condition:- when any object travelled with some velocity and apply two equal and opposite forces on the object but the travelled same non zero velocity.
