an object Falls towards the earth because the earth attracts it. the object also attract earth by the same force .why do we not see the earth rising towards the object ?

because Earth has a very large mass comparison to the object, if it rises then it is negligible.

because the mass of the object is negligible as compared to mass of earth.....and hence the gravitational force of earth is huge as compared the extremely small force of attraction of the object. thanks
