Given :-

  • Acceleration - a = 18 m/s²
  • Force is tripled - F₂ = 3F₁
  • Mass is halved - M₂ = ½ M₁

To find :-

  • New acceleration - A

Solution :-

Acceleration, a = F₁ / m₁ = 18 m/s²

New acceleration, A = F₂ / m₂

= 3F₁ / ½ M₁

= 6 F₁ / M₁

= 6 a

= 6 × 18

= 108

New acceleration = 108 m/s²
