Explanation:

If that object undergoes a circular path and have reached at the starting point.. Then Displacement is zero. .. Or if it is in rest .. Displacement is Zero ..

But if it has moved to a certain distance and by straight line motion , then It won't have Zero displacement.

ofcourse Yes , Examples you went to some place and returned to initial place then displacement = 0

Because of the distance between initial and final is 0
