yes it can have zero displacement. if A man is moving around in a circular path that he will come after come to the same place and thus its displacement will be zero

Yes, the object instead of moving through a distance can have zero displacement.
Eg,

The object starts the journey from O which is referred as its reference point. Let A,B, and C represent the position of the object at different instants. At first, The object moves through C and B and reaches A. Then it moves back Along the same path and reaches C through B.
