An object is 60 cm long, 30 cm wide, and has thickness 3cm. [3] Find the density of the object if its mass is 1080 g.

Answer:

As we Know , Density is mass per unit volume.

=> d = m/v

Here volume =l × b × h

= 60 × 30 × 3

= 60 × 30 × 3= 5400 cubic cm

Therefore,

d = 1080 / 5400

d = 0.2 g/(cm^3)
