Answer:

Given, u = 5m/s

v = 8m/s

We know that,

a = (v-u)/t

a = (8-5)/6

a = 3/6

a = 1/2m/second square

Now, F = m × 1/2

F = m/2 Newton

Mass is not given so m/2 will be the answer.
