The answer should be

Work done=6x^2+ 6y

Given,

r1= 2i+3j and r2= 4i+6j

We know, displacement between the two position vectors will be,

d= r2-r1

= (4i+6j) - (2i-3j)

=2i+3j

Force given,

F= 3x^2+2yj

Therefore,the work done will be,

W=F.d

=(3x^2+2yj)(2i+3j)

=6x^2+6y
