An object is dropped from rest at a height of 150 metre and simultaneously on are the object is dropped from rest at a height 100m what is the difference in their height after 2 seconds if both the object drop with same accelerations?How does the difference in heights vary with time?

for Ist object. u =0. t=2sec
the object is 150m above the ground
a =g= 10 (9.8)
s=ut+1/2at^2
s=0×2+1/2×10×2×2
s=20

AFTER 2 SECOND THE DISTANCE BETWEEN OBJECT AND GROUND IS. 150-20 = 130 m

for IInd object. u =0 t=2sec
a =g= 10 (9.8)

the object is 100m above the ground
a =g= 10 (9.8)
s=ut+1/2at^2
s=0×2+1/2×10×2×2
s=20

AFTER 2 SECOND THE DISTANCE BETWEEN OBJECT AND GROUND IS 100-20 = 80M

THE DISTANCE BETWEEN THE OBJECTS AFTER 2 SEC =130-80=50

height of 1st object =150m
height of 2nd object =100s
difference brtween height after 2 second
s=ut +1/2at^2
s=0+1/2*10*2 ^2
s = 20 m
height of 1 body= 150-20=130m
height of 2 body =100-20= 80m
difference between height=
130-80 =50m. hope it is helpful.
