Is this uniform acceleration?

uniform...An object with a constant accelerationbut zero velocity. An object with aconstant acceleration but zero velocity is not possible, because according to the definition of acceleration,acceleration is the rate of change in velocity. If an object is at zero velocity it does mean that it is at rest.
