ANSWER:-

Given,

Mirror = Converging, Concave mirror

Position of object, u = - 18 cm

Focal length of the mirror, f = - 12 cm

Let the position of image be 'v'.

Then, by mirror formula, we know that,

1 / f = 1 / v + 1 / u

=> 1 / v = 1 / f - 1 / u

=> 1 / v = (-1) / 12 - (-1) / 18

=> 1 / v = (-3) / 36 + 2 / (36)

=> 1 / v = - 1 / 36

=> v = - 36 cm

Hence, the position of the image is - 36 cm.

Nature : The image is Real and Inverted and enlarged.

hope it will help you.....✌️
