An object is moving along the circumference of a circular track of radius r.what is the displacement of the object when it covers 3/4 th of its circumference

Distance: The total path length covered by an object.

Displacement: The shortest distance measured from initial position to final position of an object.

According to the above definitions

As circumference of the circle is 2πr and half of circumference is this Distance = πr

Displacement = 2r (diameter)
