Total Distance = 2πR
= 2 × π × 100 m
= 200 π m

Time taken to travel this distance
T = Distance / Speed
= 200 π m / (31.4 m/s)
= 20.0 s

Average speed = Total distance / Total time
= 2 π R / T
= 200 m / 20.0 s
= 10 m/s

Average speed of object is 10 m/s
