Frictional force = 10 N

Object moves with uniform velocity only when net Force is zero.
Hence external force and frictional force should be equal in magnitude to make net force to be zero.

johncenaritenoz7w2n: so what is the frictional force ? 10N or -10N?
JunaidMirza: -10N

Hi !

Frictional force = F = 10 N
Here the object is moving with uniform velocity.
This is possible only when the net force is zero.

Therefore , the external force and F , should be equal in magnitude so as to make the net force to be zero.
