Answer: It is possible.

Explanation: If a  body moves in a circular path, then it has constant speed but due to  constant change in direction, velocity changes and the motion is accelerated.

Example- A body cycling in a circular path.

ipurpleuBTS: It's easy,if you understand carefully.

Answer:

Circular motion is an example of an object which is moving with acceleration but with uniform speed.

Explanation:

Acceleration can be defined as the rate of change of velocity. However, the speed and velocity are not the same as velocity involves direction.

In case of circular motion, the velocity keeps changing as direction changes( though magnitude remains constant) and hence the object is accelerated but there's no change in speed( the magnitude).
