1. circumference of a circle=2πr.
when the object covers half of a circle,
which can be termed as 2πr/2
i.e. πr.
so, the distance is the same as the value of πr.

the displacement will be the diameter
i.e. 2r= d

2. the distance of the full circle will be the circumference itself.
i.e. 2πr

displacement will be 0 as the initial and final position are the same.
