Explanation:

u=-10cm

R=-15cm

f=-15/2cm

so by

1/v+1/u=1/f

v=-150 /(-20+15)

=-30cm

m=-v/u=-(-30/10)=-3

Nature of image is real and inverted.

Explanation:

magnification of image =image distance ÷object distance

we know 1/f =1/u+1/v

after calculating I got v = -30 u = -10 using sign conventions

magnification = -30/-10

= 3

position = beyond the centre of curvature

nature = real and inverted
