radius of curvature = 90 cm
focal length = r/2 = +45 cm(since it is on the direction on the incident light)
object distance, u = - 15 cm (since it is on the opposite direction of the incident light)
we have to find v= ?
using mirror formula we get ,
1/v + 1/u = 1/f
so 1/ v = 1/f - 1/u
1/v = 1/ 45 - (1/-15) = 1/45 + 1/15 = 4/45
so v =45 / 4 cm
therefore image distance = 45 / 4 cm (positive sice it is in the direction of incident light)
