Explanation:

U (object distance) = - 10cm

R(radius of curvature) = - 15cm

F(focal length) = R/2

=-15/2

= - 7.5 cm

Using mirror formula

1/f =1/v + 1/u

(1/-7.5) = 1/v + (1/ - 10)

(-1/7.5) =1/v - 1/10

-10/75 +1/10 =1/v

Now take lcm or simply cross multiply and you will get the answer

-25/750 =1/v

- 750/25 =v

V = - 30cm

For magnification

M = - v / u

= - (-30)/-10

= 30/ - 10

= - 3

Nature of image formed is real and inverted
