f =  \frac{r}{2}

f=+10cm

Using mirror equation:

 \frac{1}{10}  =  -  \frac{1}{15 } +  \frac{1}{v}

 \frac{1}{v}  =  \frac{1}{10}  +  \frac{1}{15}

 \frac{1}{v}  =  \frac{3 + 2}{30}

 \frac{1}{v}  =  \frac{5}{30}

v=+6cm virtual &erect

Given that,

Object distance, u = -15 cm

Radius of curvature of convex mirror, R = 20 cm

So, focal length, f = +10 cm

To find,

The position and kind of image formed.

Solution,

Using mirror's formula to find it as :

\dfrac{1}{v}+\dfrac{1}{u}=\dfrac{1}{f}\\\\\dfrac{1}{v}=\dfrac{1}{f}-\dfrac{1}{u}\\\\\dfrac{1}{v}=\dfrac{1}{(10)}-\dfrac{1}{(-15)}\\\\v=6\ cm

The image will form at a distance of 30 cm. Magnification is given by :

m=\dfrac{-v}{u}\\\\m=\dfrac{-6}{-15}\\\\m=0.4

The formed image is virtual and erect.
