Hello friend your answer is
Given,
u=-4cm
R=24,V=?
We know R=2f
then f=R/2
f=24/2=12
f=-12cm
Now use the formula of mirror
1/v+1/u=1/f
1/v=1/-12-1/-4
1/v=1/4
v=4cm
I hope it helps your

object distance (u) = -4cm
radius of curvature (r) = 24 cm
r= 2f
so, 24= 2f
f =24/2 =12cm
focal length of concave mirror is negative ,so
f = -12cm
using mirror formula
1\v +1\u =1\f
1\v = (1\ -12 ) - (1\-4)
1\v = (1+1)/-12
1\v = 1/-6
v =-6cm
image distance (v) =-6cm
radius of curvature (r) = 24 cm
r= 2f
so, 24= 2f
f =24/2 =12cm
