An object is placed at 50 cm from a concave mirror of focal length 30 cm . find the image distance . What is the nature of the image​

Focal Length (f) = 30 cm (negative)

Object Distance (u) = 50 cm (negative)

1/v + 1/u = 1/f

= 1/v + (-1/50) = -1/30

= 1/v = -1/30+1/50

= 1/v = (-5+3)/150

= 1/v = -2/150

= 1/v = -1/75

= v = -75 cm

Image is 75 cm away from the aperture of Concave Mirror; It is a real image, Magnified in size.
