Step-by-step explanation:

u = -15 because object is always kept in the negative coordinate of the mirror

f = -6 because focal length of the concave mirror is negative

v =?

1/v + 1/u = 1/f

1/v=1/f-1/u

1/v=1/-6 - 1/-15 (-1/6+1/15)

denominator will be 90 if multiply 6and 15

1/v = -6+15/90

1/v = 9/90

1/v = 1/10, where v is equal to 10

v= 10

magnification = -v/u

-10/-15 ( negative sign will get cancelled )

2/3 =0.6

magnification =0.6
